THE PURPOSE
THE PURPOSE
Annually, the Trinity Church of God in Christ set aside the month of October to petition the Lord to bless our families, church, and lives. We conclude this time with an Anointing Service on the Third Sunday,.
We are asking the Lord to bless our bread and water AND take from us sickness and disease. The fast includes laying before the Lord anointing oil, prayer cloth, salt, water, and other tangible things to release our faith in the intangible power of God to affect healing and deliverance.
